FaizVFX LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional video editing, scripting, and thumbnail design services. By booking a call, submitting a project inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1 - Services
We provide video editing, conversion scripting, and branded thumbnail design as described on this website. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before each project begins.

2 - Payment
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files. We accept payments via the methods listed in your project proposal. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3 - Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4 - Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of the final delivered files. FaizVFX LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5 - Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all source materials (footage, assets, brand guidelines) in a timely manner. Delays caused by late delivery of materials may affect project timelines.

6 - Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, deposits may be refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel a project and issue a partial refund if circumstances arise that prevent completion.

Limitation of Liability
FaizVFX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

6 - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FaizVFX LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
